Enquiry & Complimentary Quotation

When planning a photoshoot, it's natural to have questions—whether it's "Are you available on this date?" or "I'd love to capture photos or films like these." Please don't hesitate to get in touch. I'm always happy to answer your questions and help you plan your ideal session.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all packages, I create bespoke photography and videography plans tailored to each client. I also provide complimentary, no-obligation quotations, so feel free to ask.

Step 02

Booking & Deposit

To secure your booking, I kindly ask you to complete the required booking documents and pay a refundable deposit. Your reservation will be confirmed once both have been received.

Even after your booking has been confirmed, you may reschedule your session within my permitted number of date changes. If you'd simply like to reserve your preferred date while finalising your plans, I'd be delighted to help.

Step 03

Preparing for Your Session

In the lead-up to your session, I'll stay in touch via email or LINE to discuss everything from your outfits and any props you'd like to bring, to preferred poses, locations and the overall style you'd like to achieve.

If you're planning to hire one of my rental outfits, I'll also discuss your preferences at this stage. Whether you'd like guidance on styling, a detailed explanation of the session schedule, or help planning the entire shoot, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Step 04

Final Confirmation

As your session approaches, I'll send you a final confirmation with your meeting point, timetable and all the important details for the day, so you can arrive feeling relaxed and fully prepared.

Step 05

Your Photography Session

I want your photoshoot to be more than simply taking pictures—I hope it becomes a memorable experience in itself.

I'll photograph your special moments with genuine care and attention, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment.

Step 06

Payment

Once your photography or filming session has been completed, your refundable deposit will be returned, and I'll ask you to settle the remaining balance.

Professional Editing (Approximately 3 Weeks)

Every photograph and film is carefully edited by hand to ensure the highest quality finish.

Step 08

Delivery of Your Images & Films

Once your photographs and videos have been professionally edited, your final files will be delivered securely via Microsoft OneDrive, where you can easily download and enjoy your memories.
